We recommend the SCULPFUN S9 or S10 series for beginners. These models offer a perfect balance of power, precision, and ease of assembly, making them ideal for those new to laser engraving and cutting.
How long does shipping take and where do you ship from?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We utilize local warehouses in the US, EU, and UK to ensure fast delivery, which generally takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What materials can SCULPFUN lasers engrave and cut?
Our diode lasers can engrave wood, acrylic, leather, glass, ceramics, and some metals. Cutting capabilities vary by wattage; for instance, the S30 Ultra can cut through thick plywood and black acrylic in a single pass.
What is your warranty and return policy?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all main machine components. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Is the laser engraver compatible with Mac and Windows?
Yes, SCULPFUN machines are compatible with both Windows and macOS. We recommend using industry-standard software like LaserGRBL (free for Windows) or LightBurn (paid for Windows and Mac).
Do I need to wear eye protection while operating the machine?
Safety is our priority. While our machines include a protective laser shield, we strongly recommend always wearing the professional safety goggles included in the package to prevent eye damage from reflected light.
