Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

  For hardware issues, our engineers will provide a remote diagnostic to determine if a replacement part or a full unit return is required.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the engraver in its original packaging, including all accessories, tools, and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement unit within 5 business days.
